Terms & Conditions
WorldSync Enterprises LLC
About these terms
These terms apply to this website and describe the general basis on which WorldSync Enterprises LLC provides consulting services. Contact WorldSync at matt@worldsync.org or +1 623 810 3605. Our mailing address is 18129 W Desert Ln, Surprise, AZ 85388, United States.
Services and written agreements
WorldSync provides higher education consulting, including international partnership strategy, program review, leadership and operational advice, and faculty or cross-cultural training. An inquiry does not create a consulting engagement. Scope, deliverables, fees, dates, and responsibilities must be agreed in writing before work begins. A signed engagement agreement governs the services and takes precedence over these general terms where they differ, subject to applicable law.
Fees, currency, and expenses
Fees are quoted individually. Unless a written proposal states otherwise, quotes and invoices are in United States dollars (USD, $). Payment schedules, any applicable taxes, and approved travel or third-party expenses will be specified in the proposal or invoice. No recurring charge is authorized solely by contacting WorldSync.
Delivery
Services are delivered remotely or on site as agreed. Deliverables may include reports, planning documents, advisory meetings, or training sessions. The written engagement agreement specifies delivery methods, milestones, client inputs, and any travel arrangements. Changes to the scope or timetable must be agreed in writing.
Payments and card information
Available payment methods are stated on each invoice. If card payment is offered, card details are entered through the payment provider’s secure hosted payment page, not sent to WorldSync by email or entered on this website. The provider handles transmission and processing of card information under its own terms and privacy notice. WorldSync may receive payment status, transaction references, and limited billing information needed to administer the engagement.
Cancellations and refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any different terms must be clearly agreed in writing before purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Professional judgment and responsibilities
Advice is based on the agreed scope and information available. Institutions remain responsible for their decisions, regulatory compliance, and implementation. WorldSync does not guarantee accreditation, enrollment increases, partnership approval, or other outcomes dependent on third parties. Consulting does not substitute for legal, tax, or immigration advice.
Materials and confidentiality
Ownership and permitted use of project materials, and any confidentiality obligations, will be addressed in the engagement agreement. Website content may not be republished commercially without permission. Do not send sensitive student or personnel records until an appropriate information-sharing arrangement has been agreed.
International services
Cross-border engagements are subject to applicable sanctions, export controls, and other legal restrictions. WorldSync will not accept work where providing the service would be prohibited. Any project-specific restrictions will be addressed before work begins.
Questions and updates
Questions about these terms should be sent to matt@worldsync.org. Website terms may be updated; changes do not alter an existing signed engagement agreement unless the parties agree.
