Website operation and cookies
This site is intended to be hosted on WordPress.com. Hosting and security services may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, device details, access times, and pages requested. Cookies may be used for essential site functions and any enabled site statistics. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about WordPress.com services. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some functions may be affected.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess and deliver engagements, prepare proposals, administer invoices, maintain business records, and protect the security of business systems. WorldSync does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, business email, document storage, accounting, and payment services, to the extent needed for those functions. It may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Client information is not published as a testimonial or case study without permission.
Payment information
This website does not collect card numbers. If card payments are offered, the payment provider collects and processes card details through its hosted payment page. WorldSync may receive payment status, transaction references, and limited billing information. The provider’s privacy notice applies to its processing.
International processing
Because WorldSync works internationally and uses external service providers, information may be accessed or processed outside your home country, including in the United States and Cambodia. Project-specific data handling requirements should be agreed before confidential institutional information is shared.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to handle inquiries, deliver agreed services, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect it, but no transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.
Your requests
You may contact matt@worldsync.org to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Identity verification may be required. You may ask us to stop nonessential communications at any time.
